Herd - Self Belief Will See Us Through

Ben Herd has said that in many ways the squad were disappointed to only get one point from the Gillingham game.

Speaking to the Official Site following the game, Herd said.

'We have self belief around the club at the moment. We earned a point against Gillingham and we were disappointed in a way - although we could've lost it too because Youngy made the save of his career which kept us in the game. We are now unbeaten in five with only one goal conceded in four. It's nothing yet though, we aren't out of any relegation fight and we need to maintain the realism. Our feet will be kept on the ground and we will go again against Bradford.'

Herd continues to talk about what a tough test our next opponents will be, especially as he thinks their league cup run will give them a hell of a lot of confidence for the league campaign, but he's confident we can still get something from the game, if not all three points.
